Agreements

Both Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA) and the Islamic University has signed cooperation agreement in 23-12-2012. This agreement includes the implementation of the following activities:

 develop the academic curriculum to suit the global development and the needs of the labor market-
support the process of scientific research and development, and work to create opportunities for cooperation-
 Provide graduates with the rehabilitation they needs before graduation-

Both University Sains Islam Malaysia and the Islamic University has signed cooperation agreement in 15-12-2012. This agreement includes the implementation of the following activities:

 the exchange of researchers  and students  between the two universities

the exchange of academic publications

 joint research

 

 




The Islamic University of Gaza has signed   3 collaborative agreements with University of Almeria –Spain, within European Union programme.

  •  Explained as following:

·Collaborative agreement between the Islamic university of Gaza and the University of Almeria from 1/12/2015 to 1/12/2018, within Erasmus plus (E+)  programme under Key  Action 2  - Capacity building- under BERC project.

·Collaborative agreement between the Islamic university of Gaza and the University of Almeria from 7/10/2015 to 1/7/2017, It supports exchange of students and/or staff within Erasmus plus (E+)  program under Key  Action 1  - Mobility for learners and staff. 

·Collaborative agreement between the Islamic university of Gaza and the university of Almeria from 3/12/2012 to 3/12/2017, under PHOENIX project.  

Both Abdullah Bin Yasin University and the Islamic University has signed cooperation agreement in 10-12-2012. This agreement includes the implementation of the following activities:

1. Exchange visits of academic staff and researchers.
2. Organization of joint scientific meetings
3. Exchange of  scientific publications.


.Both Palestinian Agriculture Ministry and The Islamic University of Gaza-IUG have signed cooperation agreement in 21/1/2013.



World University of Bangladesh and Islamic University of Gaza has signed cooperation agreement in 20-9-2016. This agreement based on the strengthening cooperative relationship widening or changes, benefiting mutually.

.In 12/10/2016, The Islamic University of Gaza has signed  agreement with University of Deustol –Spain 

:This agreement includes the implementation of the following activities

Exchange of students (undergraduate, graduate and PhD) within integrated study programs.

 Exchange of teaching, research and technical personnel for workshops, seminars, conferences and joint research projects.

Develop alternative educational tools and models to promote excellence and applied training.

  Exchange of information and scientific publications.

 

Islamic University of Gaza has signed  5 collaborative agreements with University of Minho – Portugal. These agreements are as shown below:

 1. Islamic University of Gaza through the Faculty of Nursing, has signed  agreement with University of  Minho, from 20/7/2016 to 20/7/2021.

The cooperation scopes of the agreement are:

·         Mobility  of undergraduate and postgraduate students 

·         Mobility of staff and researchers.

·         Basic and transnational research projects.

2. Islamic University of Gaza has signed Inter-Institutional Agreement with University of  Minho as a part of E+ KA107 project which supports exchange of students and/or staff. This agreement is valid form the period from 22/7/2017  to 22/7/2019

3. Islamic University of Gaza has signed Inter-Institutional Agreement with University of  Minho as a part of E+ KA107 project (JAMIES), which supports exchange of students and/or staff between Palestinian universities and 5 Portuguese Universities. This agreement is valid form the period from  9/9/2017  to 9/9/2019.

4. Islamic University of Gaza has signed Inter-Institutional Agreement with University of  Minho as a part of E+ KA107 project which supports exchange of students and/or staff. This agreement is valid form the period from 14/7/2018  to 13/7/2020

5. Islamic University of Gaza has signed Inter-Institutional Agreement with University of  Minho as a part of E+ KA107 project (JAMIES), which supports exchange of students and/or staff between Palestinian universities and 5 Portuguese Universities. This agreement is valid form the period from  16/7/2018  to 15/7/2020.

In 9/11/2016, The Faculty of Medicine at the Islamic University of Gaza has signed agreement with the Qatar Red Crescent for two years

In 25/7/2016, The Business and Technology Incubator (BTI) at the Islamic University of Gaza has signed agreement with the Belgian Development Agency in Palestine (BTC), aims at offer the means for enhancing   overall economic growth and development in Gaza strip facilitating restructuring technology diffusion and  commercialization and job creation

.Islamic University of Gaza has signed  2 collaborative agreements with University of L ' Aquila- Italy, within European Union programme

 The Islamic University of Gaza has signed an agreement with University of Huddersfield -UK. From 1/12/2015 to 1/12/2018, within Erasmus plus (E+) programme under Key Action 2  - Capacity building- under BERC project.

    The Islamic University of Gaza has signed an agreement with KTH Royal Institute of Technology-Sweden. From 1/12/2015 to 1/12/2018, within Erasmus plus (E+) programme under Key Action 2 - Capacity building- under BERC project.

 

The Islamic University of Gaza has signed 2 collaborative agreements with Al-Quds Open University - Palestine, within the European Union programs

:Explained as following

 Collaborative Agreement between the Islamic University of Gaza and the Al-Quds Open University  from 1/12/2015 to 1/12/2018, within Erasmus plus (E +)  programs under Key Action 2 - Capacity building- under BERC project. 

·        Collaborative Agreement between the Islamic University of Gaza and the Al-Quds Open University  from 15/10/2016  to 14/10/2019, within Erasmus plus (E +)  programs under Key Action 2 - Capacity building- under ROMOR project

The Islamic University of Gaza has signed 2 collaborative agreements with Birzeit University - Palestine, within the European Union programs

:Explained as following

 Collaborative Agreement between the Islamic University of Gaza and Birzeit  University from 1/12/2015 to 1/12/2018, within Erasmus plus (E +)  programs under Key Action 2 - Capacity building- under BERC project.

 

  Collaborative Agreement between the Islamic University of Gaza and Birzeit  University  from 15/10/2016  to 14/10/2019, within Erasmus plus (E +)  programs under Key Action 2 - Capacity building- under ROMOR project.

Islamic University of Gaza has signed two partnership agreements with - Al-Azhar University- Palestine as the following:

1. Partnership agreement as a part of CBHE project entitled "Develop Business and Economic Research Centers Capacity at Palestinian Higher Education Institutions-BERC", from the period of 1/12/2015 to 1/12/2018. This project is funded by Erasmus plus Programme- Key Action 2 - Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education and coordinated by IUG.

2. Partnership agreement as a part of CBHE project entitled "Increasing the Conformance of Academia Towards Rehabilitation Engineering-i-CARE" from the period of 2/5/2018 to 15/10/2020. This project is funded by Erasmus plus Programme- Key Action 2 - Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education and coordinated by Al-Azhar University.
