Islamic University of Gaza signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Genoa in Italy. This agreement is valid for a period of five years from 23-2-2019
The terms of the agreement are as follows:
1-Exchange of university students and graduate studies, lecturers, professors, researchers and technical and administrative staff
2-Exchange of information, documents and scientific publication
3- Cultural initiatives of common interest such as seminars, lessons and study meetings.
4- Develop initiatives aimed at improving governance and management
5-Implementation of joint programs for the Masters and PhD programs.
6-Actions aimed at communicating and disseminating knowledge gained under this Agreement through direct relations with the operating environment of Parties and their actors
A partnership agreement was signed between the Islamic University of Gaza and the Arab American University in Palestine within the framework of the project "Strengthening National Research Capacities in the Solution of Political Conflict and Reconciliation", which will carry out its activities for a period of 3 years from December 15, 2018 to December 2021, funded by the European Erasmus Program Within the framework of the capacity building of higher education.

Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) has signed an inter institutional agreement with the University of Limerick / Ireland in June 15, 2019, which supports International Credit Mobility of IUG students and staff within Erasmus +Programme
Islamic University of Gaza has signed 2 partnership agreements with the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS)- Palestine, within the European Union programs.

This project is coordinated by IUG

The Islamic University of Gaza has signed an collaborative agreement with University of Brighton- Britain . From 15/10/2016 to 14/10/2019, within Erasmus plus (E +)programs under Key Action 2 - Capacity building- under ROMOR project.

This agreement includes the implementation of the following activities:
· Non- degree academic study including student exchange and specially designed study aboard program .
· Visits by interchange of staff for research and teaching.
