IUG and University of Salford-Manchester Sign Memorandum of Understanding

IUG and University of Salford-Manchester have signed a memorandum of understanding. The MOU aims at facilitating conducting joint scientific research using the laboratories of Environment and Biological Sciences Faculty at IUG, as well as scientific laboratories of Salford University.

The MOU was signed by the Dean of Health Science Faculty prof. Adnan Al Hindi on the behalf of IUG, and the Dean of Environment and Biological Sciences Faculty prof. Sheila Banchurst on the behalf of Salford University. The signing ceremony was also attended by the Vice President of Salford University – Dr. Sam Garujan.

According to the MOU terms, the two parties agreed on developing and joint research projects, joint publication, Staff and students exchange, hosting visiting professors. The implementation of this MOU has started in August 2, 2018, and will continue for three years.

  It is worth mentioning that this MOU is a part of the scientific visit activities under Zamala program in the UK .
